BRC Family, LLC (BRCF) is a locally owned and operated general contractor (BRCFAFL901QQ) with an established history in building, marketing, and selling hundreds of new construction homes. As a proud member of the Master Builders Association, we utilize local sub-contractors and suppliers which helps support our local community/economy. We are a full-service company, specializing in new home construction and real estate development but also working directly with your Real Estate Professional to ensure a smooth transaction. Our team is committed to consistent standards of quality workmanship in our construction; followed up with integrity, flexibility, and communication in all we do.

Customer Care
At BRCF, we love our homeowners and from the moment you move into your new home, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the investment you made in us. We have a warranty program in place that will give you peace of mind. A copy of that program was given to you with your move-in documents, but for your convenience, you can review them again by CLICKING HERE.
